Total Propulsion System (TPS)

The CMW TPS is a very sophisticated combination of engine, motors, clutches and software that allows the propulsion system to be tailored for the exact load and operating needs of each vehicle. This means TPS can deliver 75 to 1000 HP of optimized performance for applications ranging from small utility vehicles to buses and trucks.

The Software Control Unit can connect via Wi-Fi to the Internet and allows the engine and drive train software to be dynamically updated. The CMW software can control the ICE, motors, generators and clutches for maximum flexibility.

One Motor Light Load

Typical one electric motor PHEV (Plugin Hybrid Electric Vehicle) configuration.

This shows a minimal hybrid configuration with the V2-90 and one motor/generator for mild hybrid applications.

Two Motor Medium Load

Typical two motor PHEV (Plugin Hybrid Electric Vehicle) configuration.

This shows a hybrid configuration with the V2-90 and two electric motors/generators for medium loads.

Three Motor Heavy Load

This configuration shows the V2-90 with three electric motors/generators for heavier loads, trucks, and small buses. The three-motor configuration can deliver up to 1000hp.
