Ronald O. Huch

Mr. Huch was President/CEO Wescoa LLC prior to this; he was President/CEO of Phoenix Environmental Motors, CEO of Interneer Software, and President/CEO Director of Corbin Motors. Mr. Huch has extensive experience running both private and public companies. From March of 1995 Mr. Huch has been the Chairman of MCM Engine Technology. From June of 1998 to present he has been the Chairman/CEO. In January of 1996 Mr. Huch was President of Intervista Software Inc., a San Francisco based Internet Software Company. From 1993 to 1996 Mr. Huch was a partner in Venture Management Associates of Palo Alto, California, an investment-banking firm where he specialized in mergers, acquisitions and strategic financing. From 1977 to 1993 Mr. Huch was the President/CEO of approximately twelve companies, both public and private.

Kamel Ounadejla, PH.D

His previous role was CEO, Clean Power Innovation, leading concept, financing to implementation of large global multi-GW solar projects. As CEO, Calisolar Inc., Kamel successfully obtained $360M+ investment and $300M financing to ramp up wafer, cell and module manufacturing operation to 1.5M cells per month with record breaking cell efficiency product generating $45M+ revenue in the first year. He was also responsible for Intellectual property build-up (30+ patents) in four years. His prior roles have been VP Technology, Veeco (Formerly CVC), Fremont, CA and Senior Director, Cypress Semiconductor.

Kamel has an engineering degree and a PhD in Material Science from the University of Paris. He also holds several patents, has authored over 200 major technical publications and has edited three books.

Sandy Rekhi

Ms. Rekhi graduated with honors in Masters in Mathematics & Computer Science from Bristol University, England and was hired into management executive program by British Telecom where she became Higher Executive officer in record time. She has held several executive roles such as Senior Director at Oracle, GM, CIT Global USA, EVP of Diversinet, Inc.(NASDAQ: DVNTF), Director of professional Services at UbMatrix, Senior Director of Marketing Programs a at Phoenix Technologies (NASDAQ: PTEC), Founder and CTO of, became CTO of on acquisition by Rediff (NASDAQ: REDF).

Dr. Krishna Kumar
VP of Technology Development

Krishna is a world-renowned professor in engineering. He has done pioneer work in miniature system design, IoT, Big Data analytics, and intelligent control. His research experience spans more than 20 years at various organizations in USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea, and India. He has made significant research contributions leading to new theoretical results and novel technologies for miniature system design, predictive analytics, and fault tolerant control with over 190 publications in high-ranking journals (79 papers) and conference proceedings (115), 5 books, 14 intellectual properties, and two patents.

Krishna holds a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and a MS and BS in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute

Greg Sytuk

Mr. Sutyak has over 25 years of business management and finance experience. He has spent the last 15 years in the high technology markets. He spent his first ten years in commercial/corporate banking (SPNB/Tokai Bank), where he was a Vice President and he developed and managed a $100M portfolio. He then participated in a series of technology ventures. Mr. Sutyak’s last job as a COO and CFO was at Nutirtion53, Inc. Prior to that he was CFO/Co-founder of HandHeld Entertainment, Inc. His previous positions were CFO of TestDrive Corporation, a mass-market software distribution business TestDrive was successfully developed and sold to a Fortune 100 Company – RR Donnelly & Sons (NYSE:RRD) and was instrumental in a successful IPO (NASDAQ:AHWY) and achieving a market cap of $500M. Mr. Sutyak has MBA from University of San Francisco, Master of Arts: Cours de Civilisation Francaise, University of Paris-Sorbonne, Paris, France 1978 and BA Economics and Mathematics from University of Pittsburgh in 1977

Chani Pangali, PhD
VP of Marketing

Most recently Chani has held Sr. executive positions at Franklin Templeton, Kaiser Permanente and Pacific Gas and Electric Company. Previously he was Senior Vice-President of Sales at KnowledgePool Inc. a subsidiary of Fujitsu Ltd. Among his accomplishments have been positions as Vice-President of Marketing and later CEO of a publicly traded computer manufacturer in the US (KSR). He also served as a Senior Computer Architect (at Amdahl Computer and Fujitsu) Chani is the author of more than 60 guide books, articles and papers on Knowledge Management, Training, chemistry, physics, seismic data processing, computer and chip design, programming languages and supercomputing. Chani holds B.A. from Oxford University, UK, MS and Ph.D. from Columbia University where he was George B. Pegram Distinguished Fellow. He was also a lecturer and Research Fellow at Harvard University.

Steve Vergano
Director of Applications

Mr. Vergano has over 25 years of automotive experience specializing in drive train and engine management systems. For the past four years, he's assisted in the development of small engine and EMS technology for hybrid drive systems. He has also spent time as a crewmember of an INDY light team performing repair and fabrication on composite materials. He is an avid motor enthusiast.

Robert Cancilla
Manager of Engine Development

Mr. Cancilla’s main area of concentration has been in the development, refinement and building of high performance engines, mainly NASCAR engines. This has given him a knowledge base of engine modifications and improvements that few people have. This knowledge applied to the CMW engines is very beneficial as the company continues to refine the designs.
